New Zealand 2020

Nearly twenty years of dreaming it. Close to three years saving for it. Over 2 years planning the route and the details. Finally, the day arrived. We were going to New Zealand!

It surpassed my imagination and that is no small feat. There were moments leading up to the trip when I thought I was going to make it so big in my mind that reality couldn’t possibly hope to meet those expectations. Well, New Zealand did not disappoint. From start to finish it was a glorious experience filled with natural wonders, scary mountain passes, spectacular views, majestic waterfalls, flightless birds and a whole lot of sheep. With over 1600 photos and videos taken on this 3 week dream vacation, I decided to widdle things down to the Trip Top Ten.

East Coast Road Trip

Three generations going on a cross country road trip to the East Coast of Canada. Hoping to see some of the more prominent tourist attractions including the Cabot Trail, Peggy’s Cove, Fortress of Louisbourg, Bay of Fundy and Green Gables in Cavendish. Whew! Well, it’s all about the journey so we’ll see how many of those things we get to and what kind of adventure we have in between.
